Liz meticulously ensures that staff and clients follow all policies and procedures, which is why she was made the business development manager. She has direct contact with all clients and meets with them regularly to discuss tickets, projects, and onboarding/offboarding users.
Her passion is meeting with clients, removing all the technical aspects from everyday discussions about information technology, and allowing her to translate to our clients precisely what they need to hear and understand what we are trying to implement.
