Personal Info

Liz meticulously ensures that staff and clients follow all policies and procedures, which is why she was made the business development manager. She has direct contact with all clients and meets with them regularly to discuss tickets, projects, and onboarding/offboarding users. Her passion is meeting with clients, removing all the technical aspects from everyday discussions about information technology, and allowing her to translate to our clients precisely what they need to hear and understand what we are trying to implement.

Technical Information

While Liz doesn't have a technical background, she spends much of her time with the technical and support teams discussing products and services. To better understand and ask all the relevant questions to ensure that when she is in front of a customer, she knows how to translate technical terminology into non-technical terms.
